KIM JASON
Born in Cheongsong, Korea, as the son of a farmer, Jason grew up experiencing the purity of natural ingredients. After graduating from a culinary college in Canada, he refined his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants across Australia, the UK, and Spain.
Fascinated by the refined character of Japanese ingredients, he immersed himself in Japanese cuisine, which ultimately led him to open IL Koyu in Osaka.
His cuisine unites a deep respect for nature with global experience, shaping a unique culinary interpretation found only at IL Koyu.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the menu price per guest applies for changes made within 72 to 24 hours of the reservation.
For cancellations made on the day of the reservation, a fee of 100% of the menu price per guest applies.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Kindly confirm details with your accompanying guests as well.
Requests made upon arrival may not be accommodated.
For guests with broad seafood restrictions, prior consultation is strongly recommended.
